Through a unique combination of know-how and expertise, our teams provide a broad range of IT & Business Solutions.Come closer to !What We’re Looking ForThe ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for maintaining, updating, and managing bugs, acting as an escalation point for interface monitoring, and contributing to the implementation of new features in the Sprint application across Orange entities.They perform analysis activities to define specifications necessary for the effective development of IT systems (Sprint) that meet user requirements. Additionally, they participate in projects aimed at implementing the IT solution in other entities, providing functional expertise throughout the process—whether for change requests, system integration between Sprint and other applications, or proposing improvements to existing processes.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate and oversee support activities to ensure end-user satisfaction and smooth incident management across all support levels (L1, L2, editor).Act as Level 2 support, analyzing and resolving complex functional issues escalated by Level 1 or business users.Manage and prioritize the ticket backlog, ensuring timely assignment, follow-up, and resolution according to SLAs.Monitor SLAs and performance indicators, produce regular reports, analyze deviations, and define improvement actions.Lead problem management activities, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions.Ensure the proper application and continuous improvement of support procedures, maintaining alignment with operational best practices.Participate in RUN activities, including non-regression testing, bug fixing, validation of patches, and coordination of deployments.Contribute to the implementation of change requests, ensuring that functional evolutions are properly analyzed, tested, and documented.Organize and lead meetings with business stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and validate proposed solutions.Write and maintain functional documentation, such as user guides, procedures and functional specifications for developers.Ensure periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on support performance, recurring incidents, trends, and improvement plans.Coordinate crisis situations, ensuring quick communication, alignment across stakeholders, and proper escalation management.Train and support users and new team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support and project teams.Contribute to data quality and process optimization initiatives, ensuring reliability and consistency of information flows.Makes recommendations based on best practices.Aligns and validates proposed solutions with requestors and the project sponsor.Performs various functional configurations in the application.Tests solutions and conducts acceptance testing together with business stakeholders.Prepares presentations for solution support and validation.What You Need To Know/haveUniversity degree or at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or technical implementation for IT applications.Proven experience in IT solution implementation projects and application configuration and integration.Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.Effective communication skills in both English and French.Solid understanding of business processes in the sourcing and procurement domain.Strong communication skills in multicultural environments, both in business and technical contexts.Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity and attention to detail.High adaptability to changing situations.Confident in delivering presentations.Customer and service-oriented approach.What’s In It For YouPerformance Bonuses – based on your results & the company’s;Electronic Meal TicketsMedical & Life insurance for you - facilities for your family, too;#WFH & Flexible hours;Professional GSM subscription;Personal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!];Special grants on Smartphones & devices; discounts for Orange products & services;Development Platforms - Orange Learning, Trainings, Career Counselling, Coaching & Career plan mentoring;Wellbeing Programs – we support your Zen;Orange Services is about bringing together people and technology.Come & work for a #TopEmployer company.
