Senior Functional Consultant - Finance

With over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, we deliver on the promise of helping our clients, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.Skills & Experience:Extensive experience in Finance operations and consulting, with deep expertise across Record to Report, Financial Planning & Operations, Treasury, Taxation, and Accounts Receivable/Payable.Proven background in consulting or industry, with a strong emphasis on digital technologies and business transformation.Hands-on experience in process discovery, business process design, engineering, and fit-gap analysis, aligned with industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to lead process standardization and optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency.Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with experience in solution design and implementation.Active involvement in defining future-state roadmaps and developing recommendations for functional and technical workshops, as well as supporting business case development.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and conduct business and process workshops with clients and stakeholders.Adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams.Exposure to or interest in process mining tools and techniques is an added advantage.Primary Skills: Finance Record to Report, Financial planning and operations, Treasury, Tax, AR / AP and consulting experienceDiversity and Inclusion at WiproWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
