Senior Functional Consultant - Supply Chain

With over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, we deliver on the promise of helping our clients, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.Skills & Experience:Over 10 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with deep expertise in areas such as Order Management, Customer Data Management, Customer Contracts, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable, complemented by strong consulting experience.Proven background in consulting or industry, with a focus on digital transformation and technology-driven process improvements.Skilled in process discovery, design consulting, business process engineering, and fit-gap analysis, aligned with industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to lead process standardization and optimization initiatives across O2C functions.Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with hands-on experience in solution design and implementation.Actively involved in shaping future-state roadmaps, and developing recommendations for functional and technical workshops, as well as supporting business case development.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and conduct business and process workshops with clients and stakeholders.Collaborative team player with an adaptable and open mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams, with a strong commitment to teamwork and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with process mining tools and techniques is a plus.Primary Skills: Order to Cash, Order Management, Customer Data Management, Customer Contracts, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Collection, Accounts Receivables, and Consulting experienceDiversity and Inclusion at WiproWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
