Job Title: Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant (Fluent German a MUST)Location: Hybrid, Vienna, Austria (occasional on-site presence)Contract: 6 months, 4 days per weekBackground:We’re supporting a leading retail organisation in Vienna as they transition from legacy systems into a brand new NetSuite environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping, optimising, and stabilising their new ERP landscape.Responsibilities:Lead functional workshops to gather and translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.Configure and optimise core NetSuite modules across finance, inventory, order management, and retail operations.Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities as part of the wider implementation team.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and post-go-live stabilisation.Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Act as a trusted advisor on NetSuite best practices within the retail sector.Requirements:Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, ideally at senior or lead level.Fluent German and strong English communication skills.Solid understanding of retail business processes (POS, inventory, supply chain, finance).Experience supporting or leading NetSuite implementations, ideally within EMEA.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Available for 4 days per week with occasional on-site presence in Vienna.
