You’ll be responsible for NAV oversight, financial and regulatory reporting, and fund operations, while acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external service providers.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of daily NAV processes, including pricing, fair valuation, swing pricing, and benchmarkingFund accounting operations: cash and portfolio reconciliations, complex transaction processing, and cash management oversightPreparation of financial statements and regulatory reportingEngagement with Fund Administrators and Custodian banksLead cross-functional projects and provide guidance to junior team membersWhat we’re looking for:Professional qualifications in fund accounting or finance5 years’ experience with Luxembourg Alternative Investment Funds; exposure to private credit is a plusSolid understanding of Luxembourg fund structures, investment operations, and regulatory frameworksStrong Excel skills; Confident with a variety of systems and AIAction orientated, adaptable, results driven.Excellent communication skills:’ proficient in English; additional languages are a plusIf you meet the key requirements listed above, please apply now by submitting your resume or sending your application directly to rebecca@fundstalent.com.
