Want to be part of it?Purpose of roleAs part of our People team, we have a new opening in our Compensation & Benefits department. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our global benefits programs. In this role you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s global benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This role will coordinate closely with regional HR teams, internal stakeholders, and our global benefits brokers to deliver effective renewals, vendor management, and program improvements.The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across cultures, time zones, and functional areas.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesGlobal Benefits ManagementPartner with regional HR Operations and Talent Attraction teams to ensure consistent, competitive, and compliant benefit offerings across all countries where the company operatesCoordinate annual renewals with the company’s global broker, ensuring timely data collection, accurate reporting, and alignment with business prioritiesCoordinate with regional HR Operations teams on the design, implementation, and communication of new or enhanced benefits programs globallyMonitor market trends and benchmark data to recommend changes that enhance employee satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and competitivenessStakeholder CoordinationAct as the central liaison between regional HR teams, Finance, Procurement and external brokers for all benefits-related mattersFacilitate regular updates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on renewal timelines, policy changes, and benefit enhancementsProvide advisory and support to HR stakeholders on benefits policies, processes, and systemsManage day-to-day relationships with the global broker and other benefit vendors to ensure service levels are metReview vendor performance and propose improvements or alternative solutions where necessaryAnalytics & ReportingAnalyse benefit utilization data and prepare regular reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementConduct joint pay gap and pay equity analysis in partnership with the Compensation ManagerMaintain accurate benefits documentation, cost tracking, and compliance recordsSupport the preparation of benefits budgets and forecasts in partnership with FinanceSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on benefits in a global or multi-country environmentProven experience in vendor management, ideally with a global benefits brokerExperience in benefits renewal cycles, benefits transitions, and international benefits complianceExperience managing benefits in an employee benefits platformStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and HRIS reporting toolsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple geographies and culturesHighly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesWhy join us?We’re on a journey to become market leaders in our space – and with that comes some incredible opportunities.
