This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.Your Mission & ResponsibilitiesLead End-to-End GTM Execution: Own go-to-market plans for high-impact product releases and value initiatives. Build deep commercial & product understanding and drive timely, aligned delivery across all functions, ensuring that our releases generate desired customer impact.Act as Strategic Sparring Partner: Raise critical questions, challenge assumptions, and close process gaps. Take initiative, address blockers early, and guide teams toward effective, aligned decisions.Ensure Strategic Fit and Iteration: Keep the bigger picture in focus — align GTM efforts with company goals, support MVP delivery, and use data and feedback to continuously optimize impact.Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Connect Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure seamless client experiences. Promote agile ways of working, rapid feedback, and strong team collaboration.Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust across key stakeholders (Product, Tech, Design, Sales, and Commercial). Clarify roles, map responsibilities, and ensure transparency throughout execution.Mentor and Contribute to Culture: Support junior colleagues in delivery functions. Share knowledge, encourage learning, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and growth across mobile.de.What You Bring To The Team — must-have skills & experienceGTM Leadership: 5-8+ years’ end-to-end ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution for digital marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or classifieds—successfully launching and scaling new products or services.Optional & a Big plus: Experience / Deep understanding of the German automotive & dealer ecosystem (car dealership workflows, relevant tools, and digitization challenges).Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align MarCom, Sales and Product creating clarity and driving collaborative, high-impact delivery.Hands-On & ‘making complex things work’: Comfortable defining market entry strategies and diving into details—taking initiative, closing gaps, and ensuring all stakeholders are involved and accountable..Deep operational competence: process design, launch readiness, tools, scaling, ensuring readiness across support/ops/systems.Data-Driven & Experimental: Use metrics and experimentation to optimize product-market fit, messaging, and pricing. Ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs; experimentation, A/B testing; making trade‑offs based on data.Challenger & Influencer: Confident raising tough questions and challenging assumptions to drive better decisions at all levels.Clear Communicator: Skilled at simplifying complexity, aligning teams, and keeping stakeholders engaged.Agile & Tech-Savvy: Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments; proficient in Slack, Coda, Google Workspace, and AI-powered tools.Language skills: Fluent English obligatory; German is a strong plus (for market nuance, liaising with dealers, local customers, regulatory or partner engagement).Travel: We’re looking for someone open to occasional travel, about 10–15%, to help strengthen key relationships and support our mission.BenefitsWorking at mobile.de comes with its perks!
