We are expanding our Project Controls & Corporate Governance capabilities and are seeking a Senior Governance & Methodology Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain project/Departments governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.Establish guidelines for project execution, reporting, documentation, and compliance.Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment with governance processes.Conduct assessments and audits to monitor adherence to standards.Lead improvements in project performance, quality control, workflows, and reporting.Prepare documentation, training materials, and governance dashboards for senior leadership.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Governance, PMO, Project Methodology, or Project Controls roles.Experience in IT, Infrastructure, Power, OSP, or Digital Projects.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and industry standards (e.g., PMI, PMBOK, ISO, COBIT).Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.Why Join Prime Gate?Be part of major digital and infrastructure transformation initiatives.Support innovation and organizational excellence.Competitive compensation and benefits.Growth-oriented and collaborative work culture.
