Senior Graphic Designer l IllustratorReporting to the 2D Team LeadAs our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the visual storyteller behind our most exciting projects. Reporting to the 2D team lead, you’ll shape the look & feel of campaigns that will leave lasting impressions. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to develop compelling designs that resonate with our clients and their audiences. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Responsibilities Visualize and craft stunning visuals for a variety of mediums and projects - from print, digital platforms to environmental graphics. From experiential activations, strategic events, to integrated marketing campaignsAct as design guardian for clients’ brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standardsLead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and help them reach new creative heightsCollaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design conceptsMaintain the agency’s standards of creative excellenceManage multiple projects with finesse, ensuring top notch quality and timely deliveryQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience of turning concepts into visual masterpieces, preferably in an experiential marketing agencyProud owner of a portfolio that showcases your versatility and creativityDiploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent real-world experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp) and other relevant design software.A visual problem solver who can adapt to challenges on the flyPassion for creativity, innovation, and pushing creative boundariesExcellent communicator who can articulate ideas to both creatives and clientsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What ya waiting for?
