To tell that story powerfully, we need a Senior B2B Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and drive growth.This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and can move seamlessly between brand storytelling and practical marketing design, from eBooks and sales decks to social visuals and web design. You’ll help shape how Smart Working looks and feels across every digital touchpoint, elevating our visual identity and empowering our teams to communicate with clarity and impact.ResponsibilitiesCreate B2B marketing assets across the full funnel — eBooks, white papers, sales decks, LinkedIn/social tiles, and videosDesign and evolve the Smart Working brand across campaigns, digital experiences, and internal materialsContribute to UX/UI for marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experienceCollaborate with marketing, content, and leadership to translate business goals into visual stories that engage and convertMaintain consistency and scalability with templates, design systems, and style guidesUse data and feedback to continually refine creative output and design strategyStay ahead of design trends, particularly in AI-driven tools, B2B marketing design, and visual storytellingBe highly creative and proactive, bringing bold ideas and original visual solutions to every projectRequirements5 - 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in B2B, SaaS, or tech-focused environmentsStrong portfolio of B2B design work demonstrating a range of assets, including sales decks and pitch presentations, eBooks, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn/social campaign visuals, brand identity systems, and UI/UX examples for web or landing pagesProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and CanvaStrong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital-first design principlesCollaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and leadershipOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesNice to haveExperience in motion graphics or short-form videoExposure to AI-assisted design tools for efficiency and experimentationAt Smart Working, you’ll never be just another remote hire.Be a Smart Worker — valued, empowered, and part of a culture that celebrates integrity, excellence, and ambition.If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear your story.
