Senior Graphic Designer

C+C&Co is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary creative agency.You will play a vital role in supporting all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished final products. The applicant will work closely with the Design Lead and Creative Director on projects covering a wide spectrum of sectors and disciplines.This positions puts an emphasis in being an exemplary member in both practical skills and leadership capabilities in design projects.Placement: Surabaya OfficeNo WFH/Remote arrangementSalary Range : Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.400.000The main responsibilities includes:Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand. Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.Great command of English and able to converse in English.Creation and production of artworks Be a part and/or lead discussions and creative brainstormingsMentoring the Visual Designers in creativity and skillsContributing in strategic design approaches in answering briefSupervision of timeline for the projectsParticipating in developing learning programmes that develops the team’s capabilityOpen-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the teamProducing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projectsJob Requirements:Minimum 3 – 4 years experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from digital imaging, illustrations, branding and/or packagingPreferably WomanFamiliarity with print and digital applicationsGood understanding in designing according the the brief’s challenges and market’s needsGood communication skills in both Bahasa and EnglishGreat visual eye and focus on detailsPrior experience in communicating with clientsHave an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphicsGood knowledge in Adobe Ps, Ai Id and another supplementary software (Ae or Xd)A good understanding and demonstration of user centred design principlesAble to develop simple and elegant design approaches to design problemsA good understanding and application of design systems
