In 2019, Innity launched Passionation - an Influencer Marketing Platform, where marketers and influencers large and small collaborate seamlessly at scale. What You’ll Do:Lead creative design concepts for social campaigns, from initial visual ideas to final execution.Design digital assets (static, key visuals, social content, ads, landing pages, etc.) that carry the brand’s unique identity.Collaborate closely with planners and account teams to turn insights into eye-catching and shareable visual work.Mentor and guide junior designers on visual skills, creative thinking, and professional workflows.Stay on top of design and social trends, keeping up with the latest styles, filters, and animation trends so you’re never “out of vibe.”Who You Are:Have at least 3 years of design experience in digital or social media.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; familiarity with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sense.Understand the language of social media, able to turn insights into trendy, engaging, and share-worthy visuals.Big Plus If You:Have experience working with FMCG, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.Have the ability to develop art direction for campaigns or brand visuals.
