You’ll design for some of the most exciting names in FMCG, beauty and lifestyle — shaping identities, packaging, and immersive brand experiences that connect with people. We’re looking for a thinker and designer: someone who leads with ideas, brings aesthetic taste and strategic depth, and knows how to turn a concept into something people remember.If you’re the kind of designer who’s looking to move upwards, become the Creative Director of this fast growing boutique agency in London, then here's the gig:What you’ll doLead design across urban, edgy FMCG, beauty and lifestyle brands — from identity to packaging, activation to experience.Turn strategy and insight into distinctive, culturally aware creative.Work hand-in-hand with strategy, production and experience teams to keep the design story seamless across every touchpoint.Mentor, inspire and help shape the next generation of designers.Own the creative vision for key projects and lead the client conversation.Contribute to pitches and new business with bold concepts and killer visuals.Keep our output fresh — spotting trends, aesthetic shifts and cultural cues before everyone else.What you’ll bring8+ years’ experience in design (FMCG/beauty/consumer brands a plus).A portfolio that shows serious craft and conceptual depth — identity, packaging, maybe even spatial or live or experiential design.A refined, modern eye with luxury or fashion influences.Confidence leading projects from concept through to delivery.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D skills a bonus.Strong communicator — client-facing, articulate, and inspiring.A proactive, curious mindset and the drive to push ideas further.What’s in it for youWork with world-class FMCG, drinks, retail and beauty brands.Hybrid setup in a creative, collaborative studio in London.
