,Want to get your creative teeth into a technology brand that’s been making life look and sound better for more than 150 years?As our in-house Senior Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our Creative & Brand team, working to bring concepts for various campaigns to life. Your role goes beyond designing—it's about thinking creatively and strategically, connecting the dots across messaging, visual direction, and brand positioning to build cohesive and impactful campaigns. With your skills in conceptual thinking, you'll help shape ideas from the ground up, collaborating with designers and strategists to create campaigns that are both innovative and aligned with our brand’s vision.You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across teams on diverse briefs, crafting creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, film scripts, digital content, packaging, customer support, and more. Confident in pursuing fresh ideas, you adopt our test-and-learn approach—if you have an idea, bring it to life and prove that it works. You’ll ensure that our visual expression is always concise and engaging. As an accomplished visual storyteller, you’ll know how to explain some technical details and when to raise a smile.The team you will be part ofYou’ll be joining an experienced Brand, Communications & Digital team of around 30 skilled marketers and creatives who bring the Jabra brand to life across all customer touchpoints. Our leaders offer encouragement, our teams work closely, and we value collaboration at every level of our organization.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be doing:Creative concepting and providing visual direction for brand communications and campaignsContributing to all stages of creative campaigns production from ideation, mood-boarding, art direction to production and final deliveryCrafting design assets for product launches, including online content, email campaigns, print, social campaigns, and events Pushing Jabra’s visual brand language Creating brand templatesTo thrive in the role, we imagine that you:You’re a conceptual thinker You are adept at visual storytelling – it's an integral part of your skill set You are highly motivated and enjoy working on your own You have 5+ years of experience You have experience working as part of a creative concepting team, with a focus on brand design You might have experience in the tech sector You never settle for the first idea – you believe there’s always more to uncover You enjoy it all - digital, print, social, video You generate a wealth of creative concepts and present them effectively to your audience You find fulfilment in teamwork and value the input of diverse perspectives You’re fluent in EnglishDo you have the technical skills?Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Canva Figma is a plus At GN, we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
