In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with exisiting senior designers and lead a talented team of creatives working across a range of design disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand through innovative, high-impact print and digital design that captures attention, drives engagement, and supports our marketing and sales objectives. Working closely with the Marketing, Category Management, Product, and Content teams, you’ll bring strategic design thinking to every project, from brochures, catalogues, and campaigns to digital and social media assets, ensuring each output reflects our brand identity and communicates our story effectively. This is an opportunity to take creative ownership, lead from the front, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.About You You are a visionary designer with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and a passion for creating visually stunning, strategically aligned work. With at least five years of experience at a senior design level, you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout design. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy mentoring others, and are adept at managing multiple projects with precision and creativity. Your ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally, makes you a natural leader within a creative team. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX will be highly valued, as will your commitment to innovation and excellence.
