Senior Graphic Designer

We work with leading brands to build meaningful experiences through design, digital content, branding, and campaigns.We’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring high-level creativity, strategic thinking, and polished execution to our team.Role OverviewThe Senior Graphic Designer will closely work with the team leaders to help execute the visual direction of projects, create high-impact designs, and guide the creative workflow for client campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks conceptually, and can turn ideas into compelling brand visuals.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design ExecutionDevelop strong visual concepts and deliver high-quality designs for branding, social media, campaigns, digital assets, print, and motion.Take ownership of full design cycles — from brainstorming to final execution.Maintain Creative Zinc’s design standards across all client projects.Lead design projects independently and collaboratively with the creative, content, and strategy teams.Guide junior designers with feedback, direction, and skill-building support.Translate client objectives into clear, impactful design solutions.Ensure timely delivery of all design outputs with consistency and brand accuracy.Work closely with project managers to align timelines, deliverables, and revisions.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, campaign visuals, and creative direction.Mastery of Adobe Creative SuitesAbility to handle multiple projects with strong time management skills.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design trends.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.Time: 10am - 6pm (Sun-Fri)Location: Bhimsengola, Kathmandu
