Job Description

Creative Design & Marketing Production (70%)Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of graphics, videos, and animations for social media, campaigns, and internal initiatives.Design visually compelling flyers, brochures, standees, and promotional materials reflecting the brand’s visual identity and messaging.Create audio/video tutorials and other multimedia assets for marketing and educational purposes.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.Manage creative operations for ProWellCare incentive programs, including label design and packaging elements.Collaborate with the marketing team to build creative assets aligned with strategic campaigns and KPIs. Digital Experience & UI/UX Design (20%)Oversee and enhance the UI/UX direction of CHI’s websites and digital products, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design modern, responsive web and mobile experiences.Lead and manage website maintenance, plugin updates, and third-party integrations (e.g., domains, VPS servers, VOIP services).Contribute to the design of digital workflows and operational tools, such as billing or insurance process flows. Product & Client Engagement (10%)Support product development initiatives by aligning creative output with product strategy and business goals.Create presentations, brand decks, and visual pitches for clients in the USA, UAE, KSA, Africa, and Pakistan.Work closely with leadership to ensure that brand communication and digital product design reflect CHI’s innovation and values.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of professional experience in creative design, digital marketing, or UI/UX roles.Proven track record of leading creative teams or initiatives across multiple brands or projects.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and modern design tools like Figma or Sketch.Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, brand identity systems, and user-centered design principles.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design streams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
