We have offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol.Role PurposeWe are looking for a Senior Growth & ABM Marketing Manager to join our B2B Marketing team at LearnWorlds. This is a pivotal role for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of growth experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration.You will lead fast-paced, agile growth experiments to uncover new opportunities for scalable customer acquisition and education. At the same time, you will build and own our B2B ABM program, aligning with sales and demand generation to target high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline.This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence business growth by combining a test-and-learn mindset with strategic ABM initiatives, fueling measurable revenue impact in a high-growth SaaS environment..Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Experiments Design, launch, and run rapid growth experiments across multiple channels (paid, content, email, product-led, partnerships)Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through market research, audience insights, and competitive analysis, in collaboration with our Product Marketing ManagerUse data and analytics to prioritize, test, and scale the most impactful experimentsCollaborate with Business Intelligence to develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure experiment performanceTransform successful experiments into repeatable, scalable playbooks for growthContinuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROIABM LeadershipBuild and own LearnWorlds' ABM strategy for the B2B tribe, to target and engage high-value accountsPartner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, define account strategies, and orchestrate personalized multi-channel campaignsAlign messaging and tactics across channels (email, ads, content, events, direct mail, etc.) to influence buying committeesEstablish measurement frameworks to track ABM campaign performance and account progression through the funnelStrategic Execution & CollaborationDevelop, execute, and refine integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growthExecute campaigns end-to-end, including copywriting, content creation, and asset developmentLeverage marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads across the buyer journeyAct as the connective tissue between the business tribe, demand gen, and sales, ensuring initiatives are integrated and alignedCollaborate with Content, Design, PMM, and potentially external vendors to craft compelling, on-brand campaign assetsServe as a liaison for internal teams, ensuring campaigns support broader business initiativesProcess & OptimizationBuild and optimize workflows and processes that enhance coordination across marketing and salesProactively solve problems and refine processes to support rapid scalingStay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative approaches that set LearnWorlds apart in the competitive landscapeRequirements5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven experience in growth experimentation and account-based marketingStrong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to influence pipeline creationExperience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and Sales NavigatorData-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate quicklyExceptional project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA creative problem-solver with enthusiasm for trying new approaches and challenging the status quoStrong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders across functionsNice-to-HaveFamiliarity with ABM platforms and marketing automation toolsExperience in product-led growth or SaaS experimentation frameworksBackground in EdTech or e-learningAdvanced Excel, Looker Studio, or similar to support performance trackingBenefitsPrivate life and health insurance planFully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per yearYour personal annual training budgetAn annual home office allowance to set up your personal spaceCompany laptop 23 days of paid time off3 early summer Fridays in July and AugustA free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own coursesWork in one of the globally top 5 e-learning courses platformAn opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow's e-learningAn entrepreneurial, international, and highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy that will both challenge you and help you reach your highest potentialAnnual company retreats (see the video of our latest retreat)
