Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurunegala for a Senior Hardware Technician. The Senior Hardware Technician will be responsible for hardware installations, technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal system performance. Daily responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining computer hardware, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing support for printers and peripherals, and assisting clients with technical queries. Collaboration with the team to deliver excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction will be a key part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in hardware installation and configuring hardware componentsExperience in providing hardware and printer supportStrong troubleshooting and technical support skillsAbility to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues effectivelyGood communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindsetKnowledge of IT networking hardware and systems is an advantagePrevious experience in technical or hardware support rolesRelevant certifications in hardware or technical support are a plus
