Senior Head Of Customer Experience (CX)Location: Barcelona (3-4 days/week on-site)The roleWe’re hiring a Senior Head of Finance to build, scale and own the financial backbone of haddock. You will lead Finance, FP&A, Treasury and Legal, ensuring absolute financial rigor while supporting the company’s next phase of hypergrowth.You’ll report directly to the CEO, be part of the leadership team, and manage a team of 3. Your mission: maintain financial discipline, protect runway, and design the plan that will take haddock from where we are today to €100M ARR in the coming years while ensuring a clear path to profitability.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: building and optimising financial models, running forecasting and scenario planning, managing cash weekly, talking to banks and investors, leading fundraising with the CEO, and ensuring we allocate every euro with precision.haddock is scaling fast, and we need someone who can operate with speed, rigor, ambition and zero fear.haddockAt haddock we’re building the first Point of Control (POC) SaaS for restaurants in Europe, the central place where restaurateurs run their entire business.Last month we launched the world’s first AI Agent for restaurants, and it’s already reshaping how operators work day to day.We are the market leader in Spain, and our vision is to expand across Europe and define the future of restaurant operations.Over the last 12 months we’ve doubled ARPU, significantly reduced churn, increased NDR, and we’re now ready to operate at a much bigger scale. Finance will be a key engine to get us there.ExperienceAbout you10+ years in Finance / FP&A / Strategy roles in SaaS B2B or high-growth startups.Experience managing budgets of millions of euros.Proven track record participating in fundraises of €10M+.Strong background in FP&A, cash management, budget control and financial modelling.Experience working with CEO/founders, investors and banks.Experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) is a strong plus.Experience in M&A is a plus.Has supported or led scale-ups moving fast and thinking big.Skills & MindsetAttention to detail is non-negotiable. Maintain weekly visibility on runway, burn and scenario planning.Drive discipline across the company and ensure capital is allocated intelligently.Track and improve unit economics, CAC payback, and overall financial efficiency.Fundraising & investor relationsTrack and improve unit economics, CAC payback, and overall finaLead fundraising strategy and preparation alongside the CEO.
