This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional passionate about travel, customer satisfaction, and crafting unforgettable holiday experiences.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating holiday packages, understanding client preferences, and coordinating with multiple service providers to deliver exceptional travel experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop customized holiday packages for individual and group clients.Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.Manage bookings, reservations, and documentation efficiently.Provide excellent customer support throughout the booking and travel process.Stay updated on worldwide destinations, travel trends, and industry developments.Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client.QualificationsProven experience in designing holiday packages and managing travel arrangements.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in travel industry software and booking systems.In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and tourism trends.Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).All nationalities are welcome to apply.
