Job Title:                         Senior Homologation ExecutiveDepartment:                   LogisticsEmployment Type:         Full-timeOffice location:             Hanoi – travel when requiredABOUT THE JOB:Reports operationally to:            Logistics ManagerThe roles and responsibilities of the Senior Homologation Executive include but are not limited to:1.      Homologation:·      Working in conjunction with the Safety, Regulation and Homologation authorities, ensure the timely processing of homologation requirements to meet vehicle on-sale dates in market.·      Monitor regulatory revisions and identify regulatory requirements unique to country/ market as appropriate to each model, model year and derivative and make recommendations to internal management on opportunities to develop the product portfolio to increase segment share.·      Act as a focal point for safety and compliance issues identified in market and ensure that the market view is properly communicated to the principal for resolution. ·      Make assessments of the necessary response to the regulatory body and liaise directly with them at market level and assist the co-ordination of response to authorities and the principal.·      In the case of mandated action required by the regulatory body take responsibility for ensuring that the company’s and the principal’s actions undertaken meet the regulatory requirements.·      Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations.·      Working with stakeholders on goods importation.2.      Personal development: ·      Demonstrate exemplary ongoing self-development and personal growth.·      Continuously improve knowledge about Watches, Automotives, Fashion, Jewelry and other lifestyle aspects.3.      Team-effort duties:·      Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with management and colleagues.·      Serve as a positive role model and represent S&S appropriately at all times.·      Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, procedures, company policies, etc.)·      Adhere to and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.·  Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.·      Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.KEY SELECTION CRITERIA·   Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with major in Automotive Engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.·   Employment/Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in automotive homologation and customs procedures.·   Competencies - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:o Knowledge of the automotive industry and Vietnamese regulatory landscape.o Knowledge of quality management system UNR/ISO is highly preferred. o  Fluency in local language and English.o  Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.o  Outstanding interpersonal communication and listening skills.o  Excellent organizational skill.o  Good-to-excellent self-learning skill is essential.o  Strive for perfection yet realistic and solution-oriented.o  Calm, patient and emotionally impermeable.
