Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to doing well by doing good.What will you contribute?ResponsibilitiesAs Employee Relations Lead based in Mexico you will oversee complex in-country ER/HR matters for Mexico and occasionally USA. With close alignment to the Functional HR Business Partners, the HR Centers of Excellence, and the local management teams, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws Managing complex issues that are specific to local legislations Enabling services team to deliver efficiently HR operations locally Administering local processes relating to people and placesThe role holder will work in close collaboration with other Employee Relations Leads globally.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Of This Role Are Make sure we are compliant with local labor laws where we operate Manage Employee Relations activities to deliver the best possible outcomes for the organization while working within employment legislation, policies, and practices Support the Functional HRBPs in the execution of various projects such as restructuring, talent reviews, performance management and organizational change Oversee implementation of HR policies as required by changing legislation or new business issues to enable the Company to proactively respond to changes while setting appropriate Company standards Enable Services Team to deliver efficiently HR operations locally Advise the local management teams and/or the HR global teams on local complex HR issues Contribute to the Employee Relations function as a member of global projects. Continuously analyze regional People Team programs and processes and make recommendations for improvements.Desired Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Proven experience as an HR Business Partner to a global and highly matrixed business Ability to deliver pragmatic and practical solutions at speed Relevant ER/HR qualifications Robust working knowledge and application of Mexico employment laws . Ability to act as a lead in this area. Excellent analytical skills including experience of business reporting and fact-based decision making Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization Proven ability to work across multiple geographies and culture Able to work collaboratively as part of a local and global HR team Able to prioritize Comfortable with change and ambiguityPreferred Qualifications HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) Labor law degree is a plus Working knowledge of US labor laws, particularly related to Georgia and FloridaBenefitsWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
