Job Description

Responsibilities𝐇𝐑 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding). • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, contracts, and personal files. • Manage payroll preparation, leave administration, and attendance tracking. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. • Support performance management process and training initiatives. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally. • Assist in HR policy development and continuous improvement of HR practices. 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management. • Ensure proper maintenance of office assets, equipment, and utilities. • Support in managing company licenses, legal documents, and renewals.

•Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events when required. • Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant working environment. • Supervise administrative staff and monitor service providers. Requirement• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. • At least 3 to 5 years of HR and administration experience• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
