Do you want to be a driving force in a rapidly expanding environment, making a tangible difference in the process?Our Client, a global leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is looking for a Senior HR Business PartnerTasksPartner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and organizational transformationEnsure compliance with German labor law and regulatory requirements, offering expert advice on employment-related mattersOversee all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary actions, contract changes, and terminations, in collaboration with legal and compliance teamsFoster a constructive relationship with the works council, actively participating in negotiations, consultations, and hearings in accordance with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and change management processesDevelop and implement HR policies and programs that align with local legislation and global HR standardsDrive the execution of core HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent development initiativesLeverage HR data and key metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational effectivenessCoach and advise leaders on people management, team dynamics, and leadership developmentCollaborate closely with HR specialist teams, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development, to deliver integrated HR solutionsProfileUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role, ideally in a matrix or international environmentIn-depth knowledge of German labor law and proven experience in working with a works council (Betriebsrat)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organizationStrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilityHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential mattersFluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+) - both written and spokenProficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plusPlease contact me on ammar.nabi@phaidoninternational.com or please call me on +49 30 726211428 for further information.
