Partnering with senior leaders across multiple business units, you will provide strategic HR guidance, drive organizational effectiveness, and support workforce planning to enable business success. Role is based in Athens Greece, but will work with teams across all of OpenBet’s locations.This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, matrixed, and globally distributed environment. You will also collaborate closely with the broader HR team, including Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations, to deliver a seamless and impactful people agenda.What You'll Be DoingStrategic HR Partnership & Leadership CoachingAct as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers, supporting leadership development and team effectiveness.Align HR initiatives with business goals to enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity.Partner with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and embed an inclusive culture. Organizational Effectiveness & Change ManagementLead organizational design and workforce planning efforts to ensure the business is structured for success.Partner with leaders to drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during business transformationsChampion cultural change and employee engagement strategies that foster a “one team mindset”, innovation and agility. Talent Management & Leadership DevelopmentLead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.Support leaders in performance management, coaching them on best practices for feedback, goal setting, and development.Work closely with Learning & Development to identify training needs and career growth opportunities for employees at all levels. HR ExcellenceProvide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.Work closely with the broader HR team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Total Rewards, to deliver a cohesive people strategy.Act as the voice of the business, ensuring that HR programs and policies are aligned with the needs of employees and leadership.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization.What you will bringProven experience (7+ years) in a strategic HRBP role, ideally within a fast-paced, global technology organization.
