You’ll be a key player in delivering a seamless employee experience, from onboarding through engagement, while championing a culture that celebrates fitness, wellness, and purpose.What You’ll Own:Onboarding:Implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Employee Relations and Engagement:Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.Conduct investigations as needed.Drive engagement activities across clubs.Work on strategic projects for culture development.Performance Management:Assist in the implementation of performance management systems.Provide support to managers in conducting performance reviews.Identify training needs for employees.Payroll and Compensation:Support payroll processing and ensure accurate data inputs.Assist in administering compensation programs.Compliance and Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Prepare and submit required reports for MIS.OffboardingCoordinate exit formalities including final settlements and documentation.Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback for retention insights.Update records and support compliance with separation policies.This role requires someone who genuinely lives a wellness-first lifestyle, and visibly reflects the energy, confidence, and presence that our brand stands for.
