Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager (Maritime/Shipping industry, Strategic, HR transformation, Regional) We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager to manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, with additional responsibilities across the SEAO region. The Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager will lead HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and ensure HR operations run smoothly both locally and regionally.
