If precision, organized execution, and scalable systems energize you, this position is a strong fit.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Statutory Compliance Prepare, validate, and submit payroll inputs with precision. Ensure compliance and documentation for PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with Finance teams and payroll partners to ensure timely salary processing. Maintain audit-ready payroll records, trackers, and statutory documents. Support statutory and compliance initiatives, including POSH documentation and coordination. Vendor & Partner Management Manage vendors across payroll, insurance, background verification, and employee services. Track contracts, SLAs, renewals, invoices, and payments with accuracy. Coordinate insurance policies, employee claims, and communication. Monitor People Ops and office-related expenses and ensure adherence to budgets. Employee Lifecycle Operations Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes end-to-end. Collaborate closely with TA, HRBPs, and People Experience teams for smooth transitions. Maintain accurate employee data and address queries related to payroll, leave, and policies. Documentation, Access & Data Management Maintain updated templates, letters, SOPs, and policies with proper version control. Oversee system and folder access requests in partnership with IT and relevant teams. Ensure HRIS accuracy, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile data with payroll and Finance. Support reporting through structured dashboards, trackers, and compensation updates. Process Rhythm & Continuous Improvement Follow disciplined monthly and quarterly HR Operations workflows. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies, and work to improve them. Communicate risks, delays, and dependencies proactively. Ensure smooth, complete execution across all operational workflows. Requirements 3+ years of experience in India-focused HR Operations or People Operations. Experience working in mid-to-large organizations (400+ employees) with high compliance standards. Ability to manage end-to-end People Ops processes and bring structure to fast-moving environments. Strong understanding of India payroll, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and a systems-driven, process-first approach. Experience with HRIS, documentation tools, and data management best practices. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
