This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing niche positions within tight deadlines. You will play a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements across non-IT domains. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match. Negotiate offers with candidates and manage smooth onboarding. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration. Explore and implement new sourcing strategies to close critical positions quickly.What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian/domestic market. Proven track record in non-IT hiring . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under pressure. Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Dripify, Lusha, Naukri Resdex, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.What We Offer Competitive salary up to ₹40,000 per month. 100% remote work flexibility.
