You’ll be part of our global HR Systems team, helping to enhance the experience of our colleagues across the world through technology.We’re looking for an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our global HR systems. You’ll work with our HR, TA, and IT teams to optimise SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules, ensuring a seamless experience for users worldwide. This role also plays a key part in consulting with global Talent Acquisition teams on future system innovation and technology strategy.On a daily basis:Provide day-to-day support and system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.Manage configuration, permissions, and user access following global governance standards.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with SAP support as needed.Collaborate on system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities.Consult with global TA teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Talent Acquisition insights.Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams.Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.You are the ideal candidate if...You have 3–5 years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting Management/Marketing).You have strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.You have hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support.You have proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements.You are an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.You are fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills.You have some experience of and interest in working with AI capabilities, Joule, CoPilot to enhance core technology and processes.Advantage would be:Experience with ServiceNow integration.Experience with SuccessFactors Story ReportingKnowledge of other SuccessFactors modulesMaintenance of SuccessFactors Roles and PermissionsFamiliarity with provisioning and release management in SuccessFactors.Experience in a shared service or global organisation.Other languages (French or German.)What can we offer to you?As a future member of CC Family you will be part of an international department where you have the chance for:Join an organization committed to continuously improving and investing in its tools and technology.Build a career in an international team with global growth opportunities.Learn and collaborate with experts across HR, IS, and other departments.Professional trainings, development programs, and language courses.An open, inclusive, and positive culture that values authenticity and teamwork.Flexible hybrid working model.Benefits package, including Medicare private healthcare and a cafeteria plan (gross HUF 480,000 per year, rising to HUF 750,000 after the first year).About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 20,000 employees worldwide.
