Company introduction:Our client is the top-ranked enterprise in Chinese new energy sector, deeply engaged in the green energy track with business coverage across multiple core global markets. Commissioned by the client, we are now recruiting a Senior HRBP Leader for Indonesian Regional, who will be solely responsible for end-to-end support of local HR and administrative work.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide full-dimensional HR operations support specifically for the Indonesian region, covering core modules such as local headcount planning and dynamic monitoring, talent recruitment and selection, employee communication and engagement building, localized management of compensation and benefits, and Indonesian regional operation and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes in the Indonesian region, strictly align with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia as well as the client’s strategic objectives, and maintain consistency with headquarters standards.Lead or collaborate in promoting Indonesian regional HR special projects, annual key initiatives, and employee care activities, providing comprehensive administrative support and execution guarantees.Maintain in-depth collaboration with Indonesian regional business leaders and internal stakeholders, accurately meet local talent planning needs, and jointly implement HR solutions tailored to the Indonesian market.Conduct in-depth analysis of Indonesian regional HR data, compile various professional reports such as local manpower statistics and management reviews, and provide data support for decision-making at both regional and headquarters levels.Coordinate the management of Indonesian regional office administrative affairs to ensure the standardized and efficient operation of daily office work locally.Complete other Indonesian regional-related HR and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.At least 5 years of relevant HR work experience, with priority given to candidates possessing cross-regional (especially Indonesian or Southeast Asian) HR operations management experience.Proficient in full-module HR policies and processes, with an in-depth understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and industry practices.Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, and coordination skills, capable of establishing good collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the Indonesian region.Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work, able to adapt to the fast-paced business environment in the Indonesian region.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), which can be used as a working language; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
