Collaborate with a wide network across various HR functions and business functions to deliver effective business solutions, addressing the unique needs for the organization. Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making while evaluating internal and external business drivers and environmental factors to foster change adoption. Becomes involved with business strategy early and proactively to provide consultation and influence. Assesses risks and benefits to ensure key HR projects feasibility. Embody our culture and values in all HR activities and initiatives, fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and development. Engage and represent HR at scaled processes including job architecture, hiring, re-skilling, talent management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identifies where change is needed and utilizes various strategies and resources to influence the change management motions. Other -Embody our Culture and Values QualificationsRequired/Minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management) OR equivalent experience.OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) OR equivalent experience.5+ years experience analyzing HR metrics and leveraging analytical skills and strategic foresight to influence business strategy OR equivalent experience . 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end HR initiatives—from initial planning through execution—with a track record of project ownership and strategic delivery.OtherCitizenship Verification for Contract Compliance Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica -This role is subject to citizenship verification requirements due to its alignment with customer contracts that involve access to sensitive or regulated data.
