Job Description: Senior HR Business PartnerContract Duration: 01 April 2026 – 31 July 2026Working Hours: 40 hours per weekWork Location: Amsterdam CampusRole: People Advisory – Senior HR Business PartnerRole OverviewThe Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the Marketing Leadership team, providing guidance across a broad spectrum of People & Culture topics. This role is responsible for translating HR policies into effective business practices and ensuring the organization is optimally equipped—from workforce planning to operational efficiency—to meet its strategic objectives.The position requires a trusted HR professional capable of influencing, advising, and partnering with senior leaders. The individual will play a key role in shaping organizational direction through people strategies and ensuring delivery of HR programs.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR PartnershipCollaborate with senior leadership to drive the People Agenda across designated business units.Align departmental people strategies with regional HR leaders to ensure consistency across global initiatives.Act as the business voice within the People organization and communicate HR priorities back into the business.Identify and articulate people-related challenges, proactively offering strategic recommendations.2. Organizational Design & Change ManagementApply organizational design principles to support structure planning and optimization.Lead and support change initiatives, including reorganizations and workforce transitions.Guide leaders through complex change processes, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder alignment.3. HR Advisory & EscalationServe as an escalation point for HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, ensuring risks are assessed, communicated, and managed effectively.4. HR Program DeliveryEnsure the successful rollout and adoption of key HR programs, including:performance managementengagement initiativestalent attraction & retention strategiesOversee end‑to‑end delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.5. Strategy & Policy ImplementationContribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and procedures.Translate global HR strategy into actionable plans within the business unit.Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining alignment with broader HR frameworks.6. Business Solutions & Capability DevelopmentAssess organizational capability requirements and partner with COEs and HR systems teams to build solutions.Develop tailored interventions to address people-related challenges.Ensure leaders and teams have access to the tools and resources required to achieve business targets.7. Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Centers of Excellence to ensure HR products and programs support business strategy.Maintain strong alignment with People Systems & Services to ensure operational HR excellence.Ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the HR ecosystem.8. Operational HR SupportSupport operational HR initiatives and highlight opportunities for process optimization.Contribute to periodic reviews of HR policies and recommend improvements.9. Works Council (Where Applicable)Support consultations and preparation for Works Council topics.Work with the Employee Relations/Operations team on HR requests requiring Works Council review.Key StakeholdersExecutive Leadership Team (ELT)Centers of Excellence (COEs)HR Advisory CommunityPeople Systems & ServicesPeople Leadership Team (PLT)
