Job Description

Salt is currently hiring a Senior HR Business Partner for a client of ours in Amsterdam.The role is Hybrid(2/3 days on site a week) and is for 9 months. You would need KVK/ZZP.The role is paying 107 euros an hour.Role Overview The Senior HR Business Partner will advise and support the VP of Data & AI and Marketplace leadership on all People-related topics. You will drive organizational effectiveness, guide leaders through change, and ensure the successful delivery of key People initiatives. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on implementation to help the organization meet its goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to shape and execute the People strategy for Marketplace.Lead organizational design efforts, including role structures, workforce planning, and change initiatives.Act as a senior escalation point for HRBPs and HR Generalists.Collaborate with CoEs and People Services to deliver high-impact People programs (performance, engagement, talent development).Identify capability needs and design solutions that support business priorities.Provide consistent, high-quality HR guidance to business stakeholders.Contribute to the optimization and implementation of HR policies, processes, and practices.Ensure alignment with global People standards and compliance requirements.Skills & ExperienceMust-HaveStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills with proven experience supporting VPs and senior director-level leaders.Demonstrated ability to improve leadership effectiveness and support complex organizational decisions.Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills, including building clear business cases.Nice-to-HaveExperience in product/tech or international teams.Background in organization design or workforce management.
