Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Management Association roles and Head-office roles.Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the company.Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus visitations.Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, reporting, and maintaining HR records.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance.Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.Responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates of our workforce.Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with CGPA > 2.80Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Employee Relations.Proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Pleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications
