The consultant will partner with hospital systems, clinical workforce functions, and HR teams to configure and optimize UKG’s learning management capabilities, continuous feedback tools, and employee-voice surveys to support workforce development, compliance training, and employee engagement in highly regulated healthcare environments.What You Will DoConfigure the UKG Pro Learning solution to deliver role-based training pathways, certifications, and compliance tracking suitable for healthcare staff (clinical and non-clinical)Implement the UKG Pro Employee Voice module to design, deploy and analyze pulse surveys, engagement surveys, and feedback loops across hospital units and clinical teamsTranslate healthcare HR and talent requirements (including credentialing, continuing education, regulatory compliance) into functional design documentation and system setupLead user-acceptance testing, stakeholder training, and go-live readiness for Learning and Employee Voice deployment in multi-hospital or health-system contextsProvide post-implementation advisory support: report on learning uptake, engagement metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize workflows for retention and talent mobility within the healthcare workforceWhat You Will BringA minimum of five years of functional consulting experience with UKG Pro Talent or a comparable enterprise talent-management platformDemonstrated expertise with learning-management systems (LMS), e-learning catalog integration, compliance tracking, and employee-engagement toolsExperience in healthcare HR/talent environments—such as hospitals, clinics, or health systems with understanding of credentialing, clinical education, and compliance trainingStrong consulting skills: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and client-facing delivery in a consultative modelExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills; UKG Pro certification preferredWhat We ValueSpeed and reliability, integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.Why Join WorkerbeeAccess: Work on high-impact projects with leading companies across North AmericaCommunity: Join a trusted network of specialists and professionals in your fieldGrowth: Expand your skills through exclusive learning and development opportunitiesFlexibility: Choose projects that fit your schedule and work style
