Department: Human Resources Work Model: 100% On-siteShift Type: 8AM-5PM EST (Night Shifts)Location BGC, TaguigPosition Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing team at IT By Design, Philippines. This strategic leadership role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment. You’ll lead our local HR and Admin team, ensure operational excellence across all HR functions, and work cross-functionally with our US and India teams to align global strategies with local execution.If you’re passionate about culture, compliance, and developing high-performing teams, we’d love to meet you.Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within tech or IT SMB environments.Proven experience leading an HR and Admin team (onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations).Strong working knowledge of HRIS tools such as Sprout, Bamboo HR, Workday, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience collaborating across global teams (especially with the US and India).Strategic thinker with strong execution and people leadership capabilities.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with business leaders across all levels to localize and execute global HR strategies while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the US and India HR teams to support global HR programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.Team Management: Lead and develop the local HR and Admin team, overseeing functions such as onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and general administration. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary escalation point for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and health benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal controls, government reporting, and vendor coordination.Talent Management: Drive initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulatory requirements, and audit standards; implement proactive measures to mitigate HR risks.Administrative Oversight: Manage HR and Admin budgets, vendor relationships, and facilities operations to support a productive workplace.Serve as a key business partner in supporting our leadership team and promoting IT By Design’s culture of excellence.Benefits:Comprehensive Health & Life Coverage HMO with up to ₱250,000 per illness per year for principal members.
