The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating hiring processes with department leads.A key focus of this role will be recruiting for our U.S.-based digital marketing campaigns, particularly for Sales Closers and Sales Agents positions. Therefore, prior experience hiring in a digital marketing or U.S. campaign environment is highly preferred.This position requires someone who understands the mindset and nature of sales teams, can identify high-performing candidates, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and professional candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate closely with management to build strong teams that align with company goals and growth strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Develop and implement recruitment strategies for U.S.-based digital marketing campaigns.Identify and attract top Sales Closers, Sales Agents, and other performance-driven roles.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure successful placements.Maintain and update records in applicant tracking systems.Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsProven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Prior experience hiring for digital marketing (U.S. campaigns) is strongly preferred.Deep understanding of Sales Closer and Sales Agent roles and their performance-driven nature.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and sourcing strategies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Night Shift)Contact us via WhatsApp at 03200015198
