As our HR Recruiter, you’ll identify high-potential candidates, design effective hiring workflows, and ensure that every new team member feels the company’s energy, ambition, and commitment to professional and financial recognition.We are looking for a driven and creative HR Recruiter who will play a key role in shaping the future of our team. You’ll help us find top talent, establish smooth and modern recruitment processes using Zoho Recruit, and build a culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.What you'll do:Build and manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Zoho Recruit / Zoho People Suite.Identify, attract, and engage high-potential candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.Develop creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus programs, etc.).Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment goals.Ensure a positive candidate experience — from first contact to onboarding.Create and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with company growth plans.Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve efficiency and quality of hires.Contribute ideas for employer branding, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.Requirements:Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry.Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/HR tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.A proactive, positive, and ownership-driven mindset.Passion for identifying talent and helping people unlock their potential.Eagerness to learn, innovate, and grow with a supportive, modern team.Must have : fluent EnglishNice to have: fluent GermanIf you’re excited about building teams, driving recruitment excellence, and being part of a company that truly recognizes and rewards achievement — we’d love to meet and work with you.
