We have a big dream to become a market leader in the snacking category, helping people enjoy healthy living everyday.About the role:We’re seeking a Senior Import Logistics Specialist with proven experience in international freight and Egyptian import procedures. You’ll own end-to-end inbound logistics for F&B products—balancing speed, cost, and compliance—while ensuring flawless documentation, regulatory approvals, and on-time availability for sales and production.Key responsibilities:Freight & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to book shipments (sea/air), confirm sailings, and secure timely export documents (CI, PL, CoA, B/L, HS codes, etc.).PO & Master Data Control: Create and track POs; set up new suppliers and SKUs in the ERP with accurate pack sizes, barcodes, shelf-life, and storage conditions.Regulatory & Compliance (F&B): Manage GOEIC/Decree 43 registrations and updates; ensure NFSA labelling and packaging requirements (Arabic labels, nutrition facts, allergens, expiry, batch/lot) are met at source or via local relabelling.NAFEZA & CargoX Operations: Handle ACID creation, document validation, bank linkage, and supplier coordination through CargoX to ensure pre-arrival approvals.Customs Clearance & Costs: Liaise with customs brokers to minimise demurrage/detention, anticipate inspections, and adhere to Incoterms and shipment timelines set by Planning.Print-Ready Labelling & Artwork Control: Validate dielines and artwork against F&B regulations and printer specs for compliant, scannable labels.Visibility & Tracking: Maintain a live shipment tracker and provide Sales, Operations, and Finance with reliable ETAs, exceptions, and risk flags.Finance Alignment: Reconcile freight, duties, and accessorials; ensure timely invoice processing per supplier agreements.Skills and Requirements: 3+ years in international logistics/freight forwarding or import operations; FMCG / F&B experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).Solid knowledge of Egyptian import procedures, NAFEZA, CargoX, GOEIC/Decree 43, and basic NFSA requirements for food imports.ERP proficiency and strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
