With a presence on 4 continents, in 16 countries, and a team of 4,600 employees, our group is experiencing sustained growth.Your MissionsParticipate in the projects meeting as member of project team to guarantee compliance with industrialization strategyTake into consideration the commitments of the RFQ phase (budget available for investment in means and tools, industrialisation planning, payments…)Responsible for targeted Cycle time & amount of operators target achievement with the right reject level and raw material consumption.Coordinate and realise the FMEA ProcessTool and assembly tooling listCapacity studyRealise the industrial planning and ensure the respect of the project timingRespect the industrial review tool and update it in each MonthValidate and standardise the industrial decisions in his scope of responsaiblity and update the industrial synthesisSupport back on track activities of the project on industrialisation sideDefine the layout concept and process flow chartFor the assembly and tools, realise the specifications, suplyer meeting, mean agrement definition and follow up, study review and validation, tool pre-validation in tool maker, and manage tuning and set up up to final validation in plant according to group standardsStudy the possibility of refurbishing the existing equipment in the Group (Database CMMS) or second hand purchasingParticipate in the enquiries and in the equipment and tools suppliers’ nomination in collaboration with the Purchasing Department and the plantSet up the over all process and provide the training to the plant team identifiedSupport the plants during the different project milestones: prototype, first parts production, IOD, SOPManage the equipment transfers at the request of the plants, inside the projectIntegrate the equipment for compliance with other processes/toolsStudy and implement Plan backup of processes with other equipment, if necessaryRequired Skills And QualificationsMaster's Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.Desirable Certifications: Six Sigma and/or Project Management (PMP).6-10 years of experience in process engineering and continuous improvement.Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Process Optimization.Strong skills in Project Management (equipment, tooling, and process implementation).Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Why Join Us?A family-owned group founded over 180 years ago, built on essential human values: respect, trust, and empowerment.A corporate culture that encourages autonomy and agility in decision-making.A context of strong expansion offering numerous career opportunities in France and internationally.To learn more:www.treves-group.com
