Senior Innovation Lead

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and collaborative, with a strong background in construction technology and change management.What You'll Do:Digital & Innovation StrategyIdentify opportunities to digitize or optimize construction processes using technology.Develop and execute innovation strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals.Lead the integration and implementation of advanced technology solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.Technology ImplementationOversee installation, operation, and maintenance of construction technology applications.Manage technical debt, backlogs, and pilot programs for new and emerging technologies.Standardize tools across business units and ensure alignment with existing platforms.Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and technology partnerships.Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor innovation champions and direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Inspire teams to think differently and embrace continuous improvement.Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners to ensure adoption and engagement.Program & Project ManagementManage multiple projects end-to-end with clear milestones and cost control.Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases, and drive implementations to completion.Coordinate with IT, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.Training, Facilitation & EngagementConduct training on innovation best practices and digital tools.Facilitate focus groups, ideation sessions, and workshops to co-create solutions.Promote innovation initiatives across the organization through campaigns, events, and communication programs.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack, measure, and report innovation progress and impact.Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in construction and innovation.Manage time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field10–15 years’ experience in construction technology management or digital transformation within the construction sectorProven experience leading technology implementations, teams, and innovation projectsProject Management Certification (PMP / Prince2) preferredBackground in Innovation, Strategy, or PMO is an advantageProficient in Visio/ARIS for process mapping and SQL / Power BI for analyticsStrong vendor management and stakeholder communication skillsValid UAE Driving License required
