Besides specializing in therapeutic food and infant formula, they collaborate in researching several diseases to make patient`s life easier with their products.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Innovation Manager, you will lead a key innovation project within the toddler nutrition category. This role involves developing consumer-focused propositions, managing cross-functional collaborations, and driving market-ready product concepts that align with the company’s health-driven mission. The ideal candidate is passionate about nutrition, innovation, and creating positive health outcomes for young children and their families.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and validate compelling consumer value propositions based on insights, scientific research, and brand positioning.Translate insights into clear, actionable product briefs, including claims and visual identity guidelines.Lead collaborative efforts with global teams, regional marketing, and key markets to ensure alignment on product development.Oversee the work of design agencies to create innovative product branding that resonate with consumers.Partner with regional marketing teams to define successful go-to-market strategies and launch plans.Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to refine product ideas and support commercialization efforts.RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including hands-on innovation management.Proven ability to develop consumer-centric brand propositions and translate insights into tangible product platforms.Experience working within complex, matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.Passion for nutrition and health, with a desire to positively influence wellbeing through innovative food solutions.Strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with a proactive “make-it-happen” attitude.Other InformationIf you are interested and want to apply, please submit your application via the apply button.
