Our vision is to create an A1-free world where dairy nourishes all people and our planet.The a2 Milk Company seeks to achieve this through the naturally occurring a2 Milk® difference and by bringing a more sustainable approach to dairy.Your ImpactReporting to the Innovation PMO Manager and based in Auckland, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Innovation PMO strategy and governance processes. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth delivery of innovation projects, change initiatives, and artwork workflows across the business.More specifically, you will be involved in:Supporting governance processes such as stage gates, steering committees, and ELT updates, while maintaining PMO documentation, templates, workflows, and procedural guidelines.Coordinating small to medium innovation and change initiatives, supporting effective delivery through structured communication, progress tracking, scheduling, and documentation management.Leading the Product Change Control process, ensuring accurate documentation, strong process compliance, and up-to-date training materials that support successful onboarding.Coordinating the end-to-end Artwork process, ensuring timely approvals, consistency, accuracy, and maintaining a structured repository of packaging and design files.Administering PMO tools and systems (e.g., a2Gate, SharePoint), ensuring data accuracy, audit-ready documentation, and supporting dashboards and portfolio insights.What you will bring:2–3 years of experience in a project environment, with experience coordinating or supporting projects or continuous improvement initiatives.Confidence using project management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders.Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, growth-oriented approach and a strong interest in developing project delivery capability.Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.Experience in innovation, product development, or similar environments is beneficial.We are committed to enhancing our team members' work-life wellbeing with leading policies and practices on flexible work, parental leave, family care, and family wellbeing.
