We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager to champion product development, streamline processes, and deliver complex initiatives that drive both commercial and consumer impact. This is not just about coordination - it’s about leading change, motivating a skilled team, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations in quality, timing, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, scoping, and execution of innovation, optimisation, and productivity initiatives across the EMEA region.Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and serve as the primary contact for manufacturing stakeholders.Manage and mentor a small team (1–3 project managers), fostering professional growth and high performance.Conduct project reviews, promote best practices, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.Balance diverse stakeholder priorities and align teams behind clear, shared objectives and timelines.Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP to monitor, analyse, and enhance project delivery.RequirementsProven experience managing end-to-end innovation or product development projects within FMCG or consumer goods.Strong ability to lead multi-functional, cross-regional teams and deliver results under pressure.Demonstrated people leadership skills, with the capability to coach, inspire, and develop others.Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or SAP is advantageous.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and driven to achieve meaningful business outcomes.What’s on OfferA senior role influencing multiple markets and product categories.Hybrid model – 2 days per week in the office.Competitive package: £63k–£66k base salary, 15% bonus, pension, and healthcare.Join a business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Please note: sponsorship is not available for this position.
