Senior Insurance Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe to enable our colleagues to focus directly on clients. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality, and outstanding results delivered in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities, and more. We are at the heart of Marsh's value proposition for multinational clients, allowing us to stay connected to business and colleagues across Europe.Learn more about EBSC: https://player.vimeo.com/video/960414568We Will Count On You ToServe as main contact for local Brokers/Client Execs to get offers from regional team.Review and complete submissions with brokers/Client Execs as needed.Obtain and verify non-binding indications/offers from insurers per framework.Liaise between local brokers and carriers to bind risks.Ensure smooth handover to teams for post-bind tasks (contracts, policies, invoicing).Keep submission trackers updated.Monitor renewal pipeline and generate renewal offers independently.Expand role to proactively generate offers for in-scope risks after direct marketing strategy execution.What You Need To HaveAt least one year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a placement/placement ops role, including basic knowledge of insurance terms, processes, and typical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and critical thinking mindset.Attention to details.Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup etc).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent English.Strong project/time management and problem-solving skills.Collaborative and dynamic.What Makes You Stand OutData analysis and management information experience, including demonstrated data reporting and visualisation skills (Power BI, Qlikview/Qliksense, Tableau etc).Autonomous and self-sufficient, able and willing to take ownership and accountability of entire projects over time.Fluent in at least one European language other than English and Polish.Experience of dealing with multiple cultures will be helpful to the role.Why Join Our TeamWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leadersWe foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communitiesOur scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-beingIf you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV in English.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world's top insurance broker and risk advisor.
