Senior Integration Engineer

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏗️ Department: Design Custodian (Infrastructure) 💼 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our Design Custodian (Infrastructure) team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Design Custodian Lead, this role is central to integrating and coordinating all infrastructure design elements — ensuring that roads, utilities, and related systems align seamlessly with the Client’s overall Master Plan.You will work collaboratively with developers, consultants, and project management teams to maintain the functional integrity of one of the region’s most ambitious master-planned developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all aspects of roads and utilities integration within the master plan.Conduct technical and third-party reviews of developers’ infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with master planning standards and project vision.Prepare and maintain site-wide guidelines, plot regulation sheets, and supporting documentation.Contribute to BIM model updates and conduct clash analyses to ensure alignment with evolving master plan requirements.Liaise with Developers, Stakeholders, PMC, and Client teams to obtain design inputs and facilitate approvals.Support the Design Custodian Lead in risk assessments, compliance reporting, and presentations to senior management.Promote a proactive, collaborative, and high-quality engineering environment within the team.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure planning, roads, and utilities design within major development or master planning projects.Strong understanding of infrastructure integration, utilities planning, and design standards.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.Experience preparing guidelines, sequencing schedules, and compliance deliverables.Proficiency in BIM (3D Modelling) and strong presentation/reporting skills.Excellent English communication (written and spoken).Highly organized, methodical, and outcome-driven approach to work.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary design custodian team shaping the infrastructure backbone of a landmark development.
