Senior Interior Design Manager

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Level - Hospitality Focused Interior Designer Project Manager, Technical ManagerWe are based in Singapore and as a boutique hotel design company, we offer a world-class experience in all aspects of hotel and resort development, from the conceptualisation and creation of successful international brands to architecture and interior design in locations from Maldives, Bali, Vietnam to the Galapagos.We are seeking a meticulous, organised, and experienced Senior Interior Design Manager to anchor our design delivery, documentation quality, and project coordination across multiple luxury hospitality projects.This is a senior role for someone who thrives on structure, calm control, and making sure everything runs smoothly—from documentation accuracy to consultant alignment to timelines and construction readiness.– Oversee and coordinate all project documentation from concept through DD/CD– Check drawings, details, schedules, and FF&E packages for consistency and quality– Ensure internal teams meet deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones– Act as the main coordination bridge between ID, architecture, operators, local consultants, QS, MEP and other specialists– Review site-related issues, technical details, mock-ups, and construction coordination– Organise workflows, track progress, and flag potential risks early– Prepare design reports, issue logs, and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned– Support design leads with high-level design intent checking and ensuring it carries through to technical output.Qualifications– 8–12+ years in hospitality or commercial interior design deliveryStrong in coordination, documentation, and technical understanding—not just conceptExcellent eye for detail, accuracy, and drawing qualityCalm, structured, and proactive in solving problems before they escalateStrong communicator able to manage consultant discussions and internal alignmentFamiliar with construction processes, site issues, and the realities of design implementationHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsSingaporeans and PRs only
