Senior Interior Designer.

Talent360 is hiring for one of our client's a Senior Interior Designer to join their team and lead creative, high-impact design projects from concept to execution. If you’re passionate about innovative interiors, have strong technical and creative skills, and enjoy guiding junior designers, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities: Lead the full design process: concept development, mood boards, space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, and detailed drawings. Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback. Oversee and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure all design solutions meet client requirements, industry standards, and brand identity. Conduct site visits when needed to monitor progress and resolve design issues.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and MS Office. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design. Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills. Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
